Unfortunately I had to return the goods as the colour was not suitable, but this was dealt with easily and my refunded completed very quickly. I would not hesitate to use Nain again.
I bought two excelent rugs and I sent back one (decor raison) two weeks ago and not yet received refund. Otherwise, I am very happy with this company.
