My rug arrived as promised and on time. I was extremely impressed. The rug is thick and luxurious. The colors and designs very true to what I had chosen on line. I am very happy with this product.
Unfortunately I had to return the goods as the colour was not suitable, but this was dealt with easily and my refunded completed very quickly. I would not hesitate to use Nain again.
