Rating delivery good not excellent because of DHL backlog during December. Other than that and on different occassions, Nain were extremely efficient and have always provided us with good quality rugs
The service was faultless. Even though the rug colour turned out to be unsuitable for the room there was a highly efficient return service. A company to be recommended.
